CONDITIONS OF RENT
Booking is by the week, Saturday to Saturday
Please mention preferred currency at time of booking. Thereafter, all amounts will be in that currency.
Reservation deposit: 30% of the rental cost within two weeks of requesting the reservation at time the booking is confirmed.
Balance to be paid no less than 6 weeks before the date reserved.
In the event of cancellation, you will be charged according to the following schedule:
less than three weeks before the date of reservation: 100% of the rental amount
between three and six weeks of the date of reservation: 60% of the rental amount
Security deposit: £200 or € 300 or $400; this amount, less any damage payment, will be returned within two weeks of leaving the house.
